Shipping and Returns

We take the utmost care with every order. But we are human after all!
Here are a few things to keep in mind if something goes wrong.

Our shipping policy
1. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

2. We dispatch most orders within 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). It will take 4-7 business days for the product to reach you. Some delays may be unavoidable depending on the pin code of your order delivery.

3. There are no shipping charges for orders equal and above the billing value of INR 999. However, if your order is less than INR 999, there will be a shipping charge calculated at the checkout.

4. KOQAL has no international shipping at the moment.

KOQAL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. please contact us at and share pictures of all packaging materials and damaged goods with us.

All claims for damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Only if your bottle is broken or leaking

For Koqal Eye Jewels

Only if the Product itself (The eye jewels) is Broken or damaged 

For Koqal Ease Essence 
Only if the Product itself is Broken or damaged 

Since we follow strict hygiene norms, we do not accept returns for the product.
